Craig Harper, Vice President
With Experian Simmons since 2001, Craig Harper serves as Vice President of Client Service directing all client training and other service functions for all Simmons products. Previously, Craig was Executive Vice President and Director of Sales for Message Factors, Inc., a market research firm located in Memphis, TN. He started his career in broadcast radio, working in programming and sales before advancing to sales management and general management. Craig entered the syndicated market research business in 1981 with a company that ultimately became Birch/Scarborough Research. After leaving in 1991 as Senior Vice President of Local Market Services, he operated his own company for six years that specialized in proprietary research for television stations and cable systems. Craig is a member and former President of the Memphis Advertising Federation, former State Director of the 7th District of the American Advertising Federation, and a Member of the Board of Trustees of The National Broadcasting Society and its honorary fraternity Alpha Epsilon Rho. He has spoken to many national organizations, including the American Advertising Federation, American Marketing Association, National Association of Broadcasters, and Public Relations Society of America. |
